Premiere Exclusivity Window

All series accepted onto the VERTx platform are subject to a six (6) month exclusivity window beginning from the date the series first premieres on VERTx.

During this period, the full series may only be available for viewing on the VERTx platform.

After the six month exclusivity window has ended, creators may distribute their series on additional platforms if they choose.

Creators retain full ownership of their intellectual property.

Public Promotion & Marketing

Creators are encouraged to promote their series across social media platforms and marketing channels.

To support promotion and audience growth, creators may publicly share:

• Trailers and promotional materials
• Short clips from the series
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Marketing teasers

These promotional materials help audiences discover new series while directing viewers to watch the full story on VERTx.

Episode One Public Release

Creators may release Episode 1 of their series publicly on social media or video platforms for promotional purposes.

This allows viewers to discover the story while encouraging them to continue watching the remaining episodes on VERTx.

All remaining episodes must remain exclusive to the VERTx platform during the six month exclusivity window.

VERTx Platform Branding

All series distributed through the platform must include VERTx branding during the exclusivity period.

This may include:

• Opening title card identifying the series as available on VERTx
• End card directing viewers to the VERTx platform
• Promotional materials referencing VERTx as the primary viewing platform

Branding helps build recognition for the platform and supports the creator community by bringing new viewers to the VERTx ecosystem.
