VERTx accepts original vertical (9:16) episodic series across genres such as drama, romance, thriller, comedy, mystery, fantasy, young adult, romcom, and family. All content must be owned or fully licensed by the submitting creator.
How do creators submit their series?
Creators can submit their series through the official Submission page. Submissions should include the series title, description, episode details, and a Vimeo or Google Drive link for review. Content is reviewed by the VERTx team before any distribution decision is made.
Do creators retain ownership of their content?
Yes. Creators retain full ownership of their intellectual property. VERTx operates as a distribution platform under a revenue-sharing model and does not claim ownership of creator content unless agreed separately in writing.
How does revenue sharing work?
VERTx operates as a subscription-based streaming service. A portion of subscription revenue is allocated to a creator revenue pool, which is distributed based on engagement metrics such as watch time, episode views, and audience interaction.
Can creators promote their series outside of VERTx?
Yes. Creators are encouraged to promote their work. During the exclusivity window, trailers, promotional clips, and Episode 1 may be shared publicly. Remaining episodes must stay exclusive to the VERTx platform during the designated exclusivity period.
