VERT-X Content Standards & Community Guidelines
VERT-X supports creative storytelling across a wide range of genres including drama, thriller, romance, comedy, action, and other narrative formats.
Stories may include mature themes such as violence, crime, or difficult life experiences when presented within a fictional, documentary, or artistic context.
VERT-X does not restrict storytelling themes. However, certain types of content are strictly prohibited to protect the safety of performers, creators, and audiences.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not permitted on VERT-X:
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including simulated or AI-generated depictions
• Non-consensual sexual exploitation of any person
• Content that is illegal to distribute under applicable law
VERT-X maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for the exploitation or sexualization of minors.
Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to distribute the content they submit to the platform.
Creators must confirm that:
• They own the content or have obtained all required rights and permissions
• All performers have given informed consent to appear in the project
• Content complies with VERT-X safety and distribution policies
VERT-X may request documentation when necessary to verify compliance.
Platform Enforcement
VERT-X reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
Accounts that repeatedly violate platform rules may be suspended or permanently removed.

• All performers appearing in the project have provided appropriate consent
• Any music, footage, images, or third-party materials used in the project are properly licensed or authorized for distribution
• The content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any individual or organization
Creators agree that they are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of the content they submit.
VERT-X may remove or restrict access to any content that is reported or suspected to violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
